If you've forgotten your SmartFind (SFE) password, don't worry! You can easily reset it following these steps:
- On the SmartFind website, click on the "Forgot Password?" link.
- Enter your Employee ID number as your Access ID.
- Open the email and follow the instructions to reset your password.
- Check your SPAM folder for the email from SFE. Sometimes, the email can be misdirected there.
- In the email, you'll also find a one-time use password for OTP (One Time Password) Authentication. Enter this password on the SmartFind website when prompted.
- Finally, set a new password and confirm it. Make sure to follow the password guidelines for SFE.
Active Directory Login
It's highly recommended to set up an Active Directory login for SFE. This will simplify the login if you are using a district device.
To set up Active Directory login, go to 'Settings > Personal' while logged into the SFE website. Under 'Identity Providers', select 'LINKED'. On the SFE login page, select the Microsoft Icon to log in.
PIN Reset
Your PIN is required for using the phone system
- While logged in, select your initials in the right had corner
- Select Settings > Personal > 'Edit Pin'
- Choose a new PIN and confirm it, then save
